The art of magic is great for entertainment, engagement and education! It creates the perfect emotional hook and curiosity for learning by building upon the natural motivation of, “How do you do that?” By giving the learner the opportunity to explore the processes involved, magic becomes perfectly placed to encourage learning over a range of contexts.

Experiential learning

Experiential learning is the process of making meaning from direct experience. Arithmetrix uses the experience of learning ‘self-working’ magic tricks to develop 21st Century skills summarised with the four C’s:
